Employee Benefits Isle of Man Publish Global Report Findings

Employee Benefits Isle of Man have published the results of a global survey undertaken in conjunction with YouGov.

Workers in the UK, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, and Hong Kong were polled on their needs and wants regarding non-salary benefits. The report provides an excellent insight into the needs of a global workforce, as well as their satisfaction with their current benefits package.

The findings of the survey show that centralising non-salary employee benefits through a well-developed, well-regulated and connected community of employee benefits specialists is a solution that many multi-national companies will want to consider.
