The panel will also include Olly Newton, who is Executive Director at Edge Foundation and has spent 12 years at the UK’s Dept for Education, most recently as Head of Apprenticeship Strategy, was Specialist Adviser to the House of Lords Committee on Youth Unemployment and a Commissioner on the Independent Assessment Commission.
