utmost assigned "a" fitch insurer financial strength rating

Utmost Wealth Solutions’ Isle of Man operation, Utmost Limited, has been assigned an Insurer Financial Strength Rating of “A” by Fitch Ratings, a global leader in credit ratings and research.

Under the Utmost Wealth Solutions brand, Utmost Limited is one of four main entities of Utmost International which operate from the Isle of Man, Ireland and Guernsey, All of these businesses have been assigned an “A” rating.

The “A” assessment is driven by Utmost International’s strong capitalisation and leverage, its business profile and Fitch’s expectation of good financial performance.

Mike Foy, Chief Executive of Utmost Group Isle of Man said,

“The Fitch rating is a further demonstration of our creation of a financially and operationally robust insurance group that is strongly positioned for future growth. The financial strength rating follows close on the heels of the ISO 27001 certification the Isle of Man business received earlier in the year in respect of our robust data protection and information systems governance. As an expanding business, these independent assessments provide reassurance for our policyholders and enhance further our position in the island’s life assurance sector.”
