Temporary regulation changes to electronic submissions with Companies registry

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the Isle of Man Central Registry has introduced temporary regulations which allow companies to electronically sign and submit documents for filing at the Companies Registry.  The period for filing before a late filing fee are incurred has also been extended.

Nick Cowell, Companies Registry Manger, said ‘the new regulations will help companies meet their statutory filing obligations in a safe and timely manner, during the current period of disruption’.
