Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited Appoints Two New Directors to Board

Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Gelling and Robert Cattle to its board of directors, effective December 2023. Carolyn and Robert join existing board members Nina Johnston, Fiona Noon, Charles Crossley, Nigel Tebay, and Jon Jennings, further enhancing the company's leadership team.

With their combined expertise and diverse skillsets, Carolyn and Robert bring invaluable experience to the board of Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited. Carolyn Gelling has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is renowned for her strategic acumen, relationship building and meticulous attention to regulatory compliance and high standards of governance. Robert Cattle, brings with him extensive experience in managing corporate and private client relationships, with a particular focus on real estate.

Carolyn Gelling is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager. She holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction (Masters Level) and currently serves as a Committee Member of the Institute of Directors Isle of Man branch, and has also recently joined the Trustee Council and Board of local charity St Christopher’s.

Robert Cattle is a Chartered Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. He is also a director of the Association of Corporate Service Providers in the Isle of Man, where he actively contributes to shaping government policy, and he has recently been appointed to the board of Finance Isle of Man.
