A respected legal guide, considered the world’s leading directory for private wealth advisers, has again asked an Isle of Man law firm to contribute to the publication.

DQ Advocates has prepared the Isle of Man chapter for the recently published Chambers Global Practice (Private Wealth) 2019 Guide.

The section features expert updates on key issues for high-net-worth individuals and important developments, including tax laws and regimes, trusts, wealth disputes, fiduciaries and citizenship.

The authors of the annual guide are Head of DQ’s Trusts, Pensions and Private Clients team Annemarie Hughes, Associate Director Donna Matthews, Senior Associate Tara Cubbon and Associate Libby Gordon.

Annemarie, who was recently listed as a Band One lawyer (the highest tier) in the Chambers High Net Worth annual guide, explained: ‘We were pleased to be asked once more to contribute to such an esteemed legal publication and we hope that it provides helpful guidance on a variety of specialist subject areas.

‘Our inclusion raises the profile of the Isle of Man as a key jurisdiction and also cements DQ’s place as a respected player in the private client arena. It is also a useful online resource for our fiduciary service clients over a range of practice areas in different jurisdictions.’
